It's been 3 months since my septoplasty/rhinoplasty and have developed a hook nose. Surgeon did fracture nose, softened tip, lowered profile and removed dorsal hump. As swelling on my nose goes down, this hook is becoming more prominent. I am still taping it at night, massaging and it is growing larger each month. Dr thinks it may just be calcium deposits. Could the Dr not have remove the dorsal hump and lowering profile cause this hook nose? Surgeon is very experienced and has great reputation.
