I had size 5 Permalip implants put into my lips 3 weeks ago, & had an implant extrusion. I had to have the lower lip implant removed 2 days ago, in order for my lip to heal, & I have to redo the surgery in a month. My doctor said, I can reuse the same sanitized implant or I can purchase a new implant. I want to know whether reusing the same, trimmed implant will be more prone to complications such as, implant extrusion, more scar tissue to develop, silicone complications &/or lip deformities?
