Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Skin tightening requires a combination of treatments including ultrasound, radiofrequency, microneedling and lasers. I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist with experience. Best, Dr. Emer.
In my opinion, radio frequency is superior for skin tightening. The most aggressive and effective skin tightening is not available for purchase in the consumer market. Lately, we have been using micro needle radio frequency and have found it to provide excellent skin tightening. There are 46 needles in the Infini system and they can go up to 3.5 millimeters deep with an extensive amount of energy. The results continue to improve for six months. Seek a doctor who's willing to show you pictures. Hope this helps. Good luck.

At this point the only thing you can do is revolumize the area. Fat injections likely are best for the amount of voulme needed, but other synthetic fillers like Voluma can be used. A custom implant can be created and if you are considering this route, I would see Dr. Bill Binder in...
I have never heard of an "at home" Thermage laser. I am not certain that there is any device that can melt fat as you are describing. I would suggest you consult a dermatologist who specializes in atrophy of the skin to determine if there is some systemic cause for this serious medical c...
