A Chinese at home skin tightening machine melted my face. How can I know if it is reversible? My look changed for bad (Photo)

I got a Chinese machine over the internet (obviously junk). It claimed it uses RF energy for collagen induction. It melted my face after seconds of use. Is there a way to know how deep the damage this caused me? I've seen 3 doctors already but they don't know for sure. I understand some instruments may be able to measure fat (if any left) and dermis or skin tissue.. does anyone know where can I find one? Should I see a "burn" specialist?

RF on the neck is amazing but you want superficial RF for crepe skin and deep RF for tightening. I use sublative or viva for superficial tightening (crepe skin and texture) and thermage for deep lifting (and I never get any fat atrophy).  It is not the device used it is the person doing it...
