I find that this lasts a little longer than the rest of the face. so 6-12 months would be the time to reinject. I suggest a small amount of botox to the nasalis muscle at the same time to help the filler stay longer. Best, Dr. Emer.
Juvederm longevity varies greatly from person to person, location injected, amount injected, and other factors such as depth of injection. Areas that are immobile or less active tend to last longer such as the tear trough and nose. Nasal injections tend to be on of the longer lasting, sometimes lasting 1-2 years. Re-injection should probably be performed every year or so.
Juvederm will last about 6-9 months for most individuals. If you truly need nasal augmentation that will be permanent, you are probably better off having a rhinoplasty.
It is possible that the injections have triggered a cold sore. I would return to your treating physician for examination to confirm the diagnosis and best treatment. Best, Dr. Green
You have a lovely facial contour. I would start with one syringe of Voluma in each cheek. With the right placement you can make the product go along way. Best to consult an expert. Keep us posted. Best, Dr. Green
I much prefer Voluma for the mid face since Juvederm does not last as long and is not the best material for this area. With Voluma you will have much better and longer lasting results. Best, Dr. Green
