Hello Doctors, i underwent gynecomastia 12 days ago.. seeing good results. but still have hardness and little bit of pain [may be sensory discomfort]. it will go away in few days. but what bothers me is "my right nipple got scabbing just like normal body tissues and its superficial layer of my nipple getting shedded". my left nipple is just normal. please check out few images and tell me, is this normal or got damaged? my nipple normal contour and color will be restored?? thank you

A painful lump at 1 year post op is not normal. You should call your surgeon and have it examined in person. Always better to be safe and find out what is actually going on. Best of luck.
Bruising and swelling are completely normal following gynecomastia surgery. While the majority of the swelling should be gone by 6 weeks post op, every patient is different. For now, be patient. If things don't improve then see your surgeon to be examined in person.
Without pictures, it is hard to indentify the best course of action. Take note that there are myriad techniques to improve the appearance of scars, with the right one depending on the type of scar one has--e.g., keloids, hypertrophic scars, dark marks, etc.
