It's day 4 after rhinoplasty. My ear cartilage has been used and it hurts. Does it grow again? Will there be consequences?

My ear cartilage has been used to raise the height at the tip of my nose, will there be shrinking of ear or any consequences in near future I should watch out for (my ear)?
