This would be a good option specially if you choose 2 partners or associates one of whom specializes in the face and one in body contouring. That way your surgery time will be cut in half and you will receive the services of the experts and the facility and the anesthesia costs would be reduced significantly.

If you're healthy the combination of rhinoplasty plus breast augmentation in liposuction can be easily done in one sitting.

You certainly CAN undergo all of these procedures at once but the real question is SHOULD you... Each of these procedures are life altering and when done well can bring enhanced self-esteem. I prefer to do a rhinoplasty as a single procedure.  Admittedly I am slow, but no other operation requires such precision. Adding chin augmentation or a chin advancement to this procedure is logically done concurrently. The other two procedures perhaps are best done on another day in my opinion.
