I think the question is very much to the point but how much can it be like it? I really love her nose and to be honest I'm so jealous of it. first will be pictures of my nose and then hers with like a straight face, smiling, side angle . so u get the whole thing. thank you! by the way I am 16 and I am saving up for this surgery in 2 years once legal age so if you can tell me how much you think this would be would be so helpful!!
Answer: Reasonable expectations from rhinoplasty. From the photographs it looks as though your expectations of a rhinoplasty realistic. I would recommend video imaging with the plastic surgeon who does lots of rhinoplasties to make certain you and the surgeon are in agreement with what can be accomplished in the operating room.

Answer: Reshaping the nose When you are ready for your rhinoplasty computer imaging will be very helpful as an educational tool so that you can understand what can and can not be accomplished. You certainly can look at features you find attractive in a nose and these may be incorporated in the planning stage for your rhinoplasty.

Answer: Can my nore be reshaped to look like Ariana Grande While most of the time, when I receive questions from potential patients concerning looking like celebrities I generally find that they are being unrealistic. However, in your case it appears you have chosen a nose that is within reach considering the shape of your nose now. You are still quite young but we do start doing noses at around 16 in females. Your face will change some in the next two years so your goal is also realistic in terms of timing. When you visit your chosen surgeon be sure to do it far enough in advance that you allow yourself time to get on the schedule when you want, and also that you also go to more than one consult. Usually three is enough, and be sure the person actually does rhinoplasty surgery and is experienced and can show you examples of his work. Younger patients have a tendancy to believe what they read on the internet, unfortunately much of which total hype and advertising since not everyone can be a "recognized authority" as most of the websites now claim. For example, there are now companies that sell positive reviews to doctors offices to put on their websites so you can't even trust those anymore. If you find a surgeon with 500 5 star reviews and none below that, then likely they were bought, because you can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time. What you want to go on is credentials and experience as well as a career commitment to aesthetic surgery. Not all plastic surgeons are the same just like in any field where after certification, people go on to diferent levels of experience and expertise. Board certification is just the beginning so look at things like whether they are members of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic surgery, or other organizations dedicated to aesthetic surgery. Beware the boards that are not approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties since, sadly to say, there are organizations who want you to think they are legit but in reality their training is minimal. Ultimately you choose who you feel comfortable with, but remember , this isn't a personality contest either. You are in it for a beautiful nose and the surgeons personality may not be as great as his or her skill and vice versa. In addition younger people tend to choose surgeons that are less expensive. Remember this is a once in a lifetime investment so why bargain with your body? In aesthetic surgery , like in anything else, you tend to get what you pay for, so if somebody is cheap there is usually a reason for it. A more expensive procedure done right the first time is less expensive than a cheaper procedure that has to be redone or has a complication. However, as long as you choose a board certified plastic or facial plastic surgeon who has years of experience you are likely to be just fine. In Alabama we have a number of excellent surgeons. I wish you well.
