Answer: Breasts Although measurements are needed to be certain, you do not appear to be able to handle 750 cc's. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. You do need a lift. Please do not choose an implant that is too large and heavy for your frame or you will just sag and have pain in your neck and shoulders, and thin your tissue too much.

Answer: Implant size and type Dear LittleMissy1999, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Big and Fake (!) Little Missy, there are many women who come to our practice with this request. I would preface this by saying that although each person has individual preferences and an overall comfort level for their body, the ideal breast size is compatible with the general body structure of the person. Height, rib cage width, hip width play an important role in the ideal breast size. This is important in terms of aesthetics, naturalness and comfort for the person. Now, from your photo, you will need an augmentation (of the volume) and a mastopexy (breast lift). The width of the implant that can be placed is based on the width of your chest. A large implant can be placed but it will need to match your breast width. From your photo, it appears that you have a narrow chest compared with your abdomen. What is missing is your overall height or an indication of whether you are closer to a 32-34 or 38-40 in chest circumference (from your bra). This is really important to know what size implant can be placed. At surgery, the implant is placed first, then the breast lift is performed. The overall size of the areolae can be reduced. The overall shape is very, very important, and it will last you a very long time if it matches your overall body shape. Finally, just a word on implants themselves to answer your other question, currently in the US there are several manufacturers that are FDA approved - Mentor, Allergan, Sientra. Motiva implants are not yet commercially available in the US and are undergoing clinical investigation pursuant to US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations for investigational medical devices. I have attached a link. I hope this helps! Respectfully, Jules A Feledy, Jr, MD American Board of Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgery

Answer: Breast Lift With Augmentation Good afternoon, Depending on the surgeon, you may need two surgeries to achieve your goal size and look. You definitely need a full lift, and for the round fake look I would recommend overfilled saline implants from Mentor or Natrelle, probably in the 650-850cc range.
