1st Lower eye lift performed 5/2013 with just the fat being remove from the lower eye area. Per Dr. recommendation he did not have to remove any skin from the eye area. 11/2013 2nd procedure to now remove very little skin from the lower eye area because after I still had lower eye bag after the 1st surgery. 02/2014 follow visit bag are still present. Dr. suggested fillers under both eyes or a 3rd surgery to remover more fat from the lower right eye lid. He will charge for 3rd procedure.
