Transconjuctival undereye with or without fat repositioning? (Photos)

I want to remove my eyebags and been to a couple of doktors with different opinions. The last one suggested to only remove alittle bit of fat wihout repositioning the fat. Is this the best approacj for me ? I dont want hollow eyes. My bags are even worse when i smile, whil dit Make it smoother
