How long for Cross linked HA filler to naturally dissolve?

I was injected with a cross linked HA filler called hydralix luminere in the cheeks. My face is constantly in pain and feels heavy, my doctor said the filler would last 12-14 months, how is this possible, as I thought most fillers only lasted 6-9 months? many thanks.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  Careful placement of a hyaluronic acid dermal filler, such as Juvederm, can help fill the labiomental crease.  I would recommend seeing an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation.  Hope this helps.
