The best filler for your lips today is Volbella made by Allergan. It is a soft hyaluronic acid that last for 1 year or longer. It has local anesthetic in so it is not too painful to have it injected. I have many patients who like this product.Have the surgeon put some in and then return 2 weeks later as you will want more.This works 99% of the time. However, fillers can not enlarge the lips enough so surgery is another option
