Inner thigh, Liposuction is a technically difficult area to treat and often does not deliver results patients had hoped for. This is true, even in thehands of very talented surgeons. In the hands of those who have less skill or experience with Liposuction contour irregularities can happen from the procedure, making the area lookworse rather than better. I cannot emphasize enough, the importance of provider selection, and insisting on seeing a lot before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics before signing up for a permanent irreversible body contour and procedure. There really is no good for what you want. If I lift maybe an option, but that procedure does not have the best patient satisfaction either. Secondary or revision Liposuction is likely to make thingsworse rather than better. I’m sure they’ll be plenty of doctors who are far more enthusiastic than I am. I’m a 63-year-old born certified plastic surgeon. I focused my practice exclusively only Liposuction and fat transfer for the last 15 years.I wish I could be more optimistic or offer a treatment that could truly give you good results. I’m sorry you find yourself in this situation. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
