Hi, I had a nose tip refinement & projection using nasal & ear cartilages & alar reduction 5 months ago. I’m very happy with the result. I did not like artificial material in my nose , my surgeon suggested to use a thin layer of silicone to enhance the nose bridge so I went with fat grafts which do not last. I’m thinking to find another surgeon to enhance my nose bridge height using caverer. Is it possible to just affect the nose bridge without redoing or damaging my nose tip?
