Capsuloraphy w Internal Bra ( like Galaflex )?

Question

Is it better to go through areola or ideal fold when one breast bottoms out and you need a capsuloraphy w mesh internal bra? My previous incisions were areola and o love it because of no scar but I’ve been told it’s safer to do infram fold and ultimately want to do what’s best for my body. ( just really hate the thought of that scar ) thank you

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your bra size.  However, it is possible to do a circumareola approach where a concentric donut mastopexy is done at the same time.  The inframammary approach is also available but it leaves an unsightly scar.  Also, Galaflex is absorbable and may not solve your problem.  The better solution may be changing your implants for a smaller size or using fat transfers or a more formal breast lift using The Bellesoma Method.

Your peri-areolar scars can be used for this unless you have very large and heavy implants. However, it is easier and better viewing with the inferior scar. Consider this, that you may have bottomed out because your implant is too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. You may need to go smaller.
