Safest filler for cheeks?

I react I hyaluronic acid fillers, systemic lettuce reactions and inflammation. I'm researching fat grafting but it looks like it's very inconsistent and inflammatory. Sculptra and Radiesse lo look inflammatory. Is there my thing I can use?
