Can I reverse an over-corrected brow lift by manually massaging my brows down?

Question

Hi, about five years ago I had the type of brow surgery where there were incisions at the hairline and several more right on the eyebrows. I'm not sure the name of this type of brow lift but I know sutures were strung inside. The problem is he over-corrected and now I am left with a horrible arch to my brows and a hollowness that makes me look old. My question is, can I lower my brows by strongly massaging them in a downward fashion? Or is it too late for that? What are my options at this point?

Dear Ari6000, I am sorry to hear about your current issues after browlift surgery. I am not a fan of these types of techniques especially the direct incisions above the eyebrows. Unfortunately massaging will not correct your concerns. Since you are in Beverly Hills perhaps see Dr. Fleming and see if you are a candidate to try an expander as he suggested below. Unfortunately, massaging the forehead will not change brow position significantly. A small expander may be necessary to stretch the skin immediately below the hairline so the brows can be moved. I have done this before but I need to see you to determine if this is a reasonable approach for you.
