Six weeks post op, why didn't my temporal brow lift work? Was the incision made in the right place? (photos)

on the 2nd day post operation it was very obvious to me that my brows were not lifted but doctor said he lifted them up for 5 mm and that I've to be patience. He said it's to early to see the eind result because of the swelling. Today is 6 weeks post operation and nothing changed. Further (same operation time) he performed blepharoplasty ... Is there any way to lift outside of my brows in the future? My eyelids are still tight and red, the scars are hard.
