Will eyebrows lower themselves 2 weeks after an endoscopic brow lift and scalp advancement?

Question

I had an endoscopic browlift with scalp advancement 14 days ago and feel my eyebrows are higher than I wanted. My hairline seems 1cm lower than before surgery but my eyebrows are looking a full 1 cm too high. Will they drop?

Gravity always wins the day so you can be assured that the brow lift will drop somewhat in the months and years to come. How much brow lifts drop and over what period of time is variable from person to person but it will drop to some extent in everyone. In the first few weeks after surgery swelling from the procedure can make the brow higher and this should settle in the next few months. Keep your post operative appointment with your surgeon and feel free to discuss these issues at those visits.

It would be very difficult to give an accurate assessment without photos and especially without a personal consultation. Usually, it takes around 4-6 months to fully heal from surgery and only by then are patients advised to conclude their results. You may still be experiencing tissue tightness and some degree of swelling. The best resource of information would be your board certified plastic surgeon as he/she knows your condition best.
