I had a revision rhinoplasty 9 years ago with an ear cartilage graft to the tip. A Month ago my nose started turning red with occasional white bumps that pop around the cartilage graft. It doesn't hurt. My dermatologist prescribed me an antibiotic cream but it's been 9 days and it's not getting better. Could the cartilage be infected or cutting off circulation?
