Can you get nano fat grafts without stem cells similarly to how fillers are injected?

I have been getting PRF injections bf prp under eyes. I love the results but thy go away after a few weeks. I'd like to try adding nanofat but I don't want to go under anesthesia.

Nano fat is highly filtered or stained facial fat.  I use the Tulip system to filter fat.  Nano fat is excellent for under eye filling.  Fat is natural and has abundant stem cells.

Fat grafting can be done in local anesthesia; we do that for 80% of our patients. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in fat grafts is recommended. Good luck.
