I feel like my surgeon sutured my tip way too tight. Now it looks really pointy and awkward. What can be done to fix this? Can they be loosened or undone? How can I make my nose look less operated on? And should I get a revision by the same surgeon, or should I seek a revision specialist? The tip cartilages from the front also protrude and make a circle on the tip of my nose but the surgeon says they are "suture knots" and swelling. How likely is that to be the case? Is fascia enough to fix this
