Can crying ruin rhinoplasty results?

Since crying makes the nose swell, does it cause more scar tissue and make the nose turn out worse or more upturned?

Implants in the nose tend to extrude and this is exactly what is happening here. This needs removal and so it is best to see your Plastic Surgeon as soon as possible. It is best after the tissues have healed to consider cartilage grafts rather than silicone implants.
