Can breathe right strips make your nose wider?

Question

I suffer from mid vault collapse, vestibular stenosis and turbinate swelling. I am 100% opposed to surgery. I have a nice narrow, small nose and do not want to screw up the shape. I saw a commercial for a device that opens up your nasal passageways. Could this make my nose wider? permanently cure my weak nasal cartilages by opening up the airways over time?

Breath Right strips can be a valuable tool for people with some degree of nasal valve narrowing/collapse. Try them and see if you like them. They will not make any permanent changes to your nose.
