I suffer from mid vault collapse, vestibular stenosis and turbinate swelling. I am 100% opposed to surgery. I have a nice narrow, small nose and do not want to screw up the shape. I saw a commercial for a device that opens up your nasal passageways. Could this make my nose wider? permanently cure my weak nasal cartilages by opening up the airways over time?
