Given that the injections are not in the same are as your surgery, you shouldn't experience any adverse effects. That said, every plastic surgeon has their own pre and post-operative guidelines and you should follow those as closely and carefully as possible in order to ensure the best result and a speedy recovery. I would consult with your rhinoplasty surgeon before you decide to have any treatments whether before or after surgery.

You can have Botox in the areas you mentioned a few days before a rhinoplasty.  After surgery you will want to wait a few weeks before having Botox treatment.  I recommend you speak with your surgeon just to be sure as he/she is most familiar with the details of your surgery.
