I am Asian male looking to have a revision rhinoplasty, I have rhinoplasty a year ago, my nose was very low and wide and I have thick skin, the surgeon used my ear cartilage and fascia to make a DCF for the nose bridge, the result was good in the beginning, but after couple months,my nose bridge flattened out so much; I want ask is it because DCF will flattened out in long term or just because using ear cartilage is not enough to augment my nose bridge, or is it better to use solid piece of rib?
