Can new technology revascularize a nose that went through many revision procedures?

AskaQuestionToYouDec 2, 2025

I understand that after several revision procedures, too much scar tissue is left to keep blood circulation for healthy tissue. Could bioprinted blood vessels (or angiogenic factors) remedy this issue and allow further revisional work (perhaps combined with scar tissue removal)? Are there other technologies being developed that could solve this issue?
