I'm 66 F healthy patient had I first Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift 10 months ago - result necrosis and right-side palsy paresis of the right side of the face. I'm a non-smoker and don't drink alcohol, I'm not diabetic, I don't have chronic therapy or any medical condition that would cause this complication. I have bad scarring and sagging of the right side of the face. When I can do Facelift and Neck lift revision? (update to previous question)

Dis your facelift actually lift the tissues? This can be frustrating when tissues are not lifted due to not receiving the results patients want. Is there a way to address the jowls situation with kybella? In some cases it can but others we recommend a full revision to address the deeper tissues....
