Waiting at least a year would be the best option and having and in person consultation where your surgeon can examine your skin and see how much of an improvement can be done if you were to consider another facelift.
The scarring around the ears can be improved if you have enough looseness in your skin or you can try steroid injections or laser skin resurfacing.
The palsy is a concern and would have to be discussed with your surgeon.

Really depends on your tension of your tissues. If your surgeon removed alot of skin and there is not enough to avoid tension, you may want to wait past a year. if your surgeon only removed skin, often times a deep plane approach will lift up the deeper tissue and help with repositioning scars. Make sure you see an experienced surgeon.

I would do a very conservative revision if the scars in front of the ears. I would not recommend doing the whole facelift over for fear of necrosis happening again

I'm sorry you had a poor result. It looks like your surgery wasn't optimal. I'd say you can have a revision at any time. We will want to reduce the size of your scars, improve the banding on your neck, and more.

It may not be safe to do any revision after necrosis and nerve damage. If your nerves are improving, I would avoid any surgery.
