Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift Failure - Necrosis and Right side Palsy. When can I have a revision? (Photos)

I'm 66 F healthy patient had I first Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift 10 months ago - result necrosis and right-side palsy paresis of the right side of the face. I'm a non-smoker and don't drink alcohol, I'm not diabetic, I don't have chronic therapy or any medical condition that would cause this complication. I have bad scarring and sagging of the right side of the face. When I can do Facelift and Neck lift revision? (update to previous question)
