Uneven Eyebrows and lower eyelid - what can be causing this and what are my options to correct asymmetry? (photos)

My one eyebrower is much lower than the other and also has a a very different shape. I have also realized that the eye with the lower eyebrow looks much smaller than the other. What can I do and what is the cause?

You have bilateral ptosis that appears symmetrical. You need an in person evaluation to see your eyelid excursion and levator function to determine what is the best procedure for your. A ptosis correction with levator advancement may be a good option.

I would first get evaluated as to your uneven pupil diameter. This may be concerning for a lesion in the parasympathetic pathways.
