When can I do MMA (Boxing, Kickboxing, Ju-Jutsu) after FUE (2000 Grafts)?

Hello Doctor, when can i start with MMA Training (Boxing, Kickboxing, Ju-Jutsu) - technical Training and/or fighting. I had 15 days ago my FUE with 2000 Grafts. Sorry for my english. My Doc said 1-3 month. But on Internet i read a much about this and the opinion goes far away.

Most doctors have specific post operative instructions.  Ask your doctor if you have questions you are concerned about.  In general you can resume normal activity after 2 weeks.

kickboxing and the like are considered strenuous exercises.  After FUE, we recommend that you wait a full
week before returning to them.

Generally the wait time is two weeks before intense exercise, three for contact sports like those you mentioned. But you should just ask your doctor for clarification, they may have information about your case that could explain why they are saying 1-3 months.

If everything is healed and the crust have been off for at least a week, you can fully exercise and possibly do competitive sports like kick-boxing in another week or two. Check with your doctor first
