Question

I am 20 days post fue. I am able to see small holes in the transplanted area. Is this normal and I could see pus formed on one of the transplanted hair. Is it a signal of infection. I hav uploaded the photos of my scalp please help

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  If you are concerned about infection see your doctor in person.  Photos do not usually diagnose or treat infections.

It is difficult to tell from your photos. I would contact your hair transplant clinic and hair restoration surgeon for a follow up. If there is an infection you would want to catch it early.

At 20 days, you may have shed hairs and if you did, the holes you see will appear and not be a real problem once the hair grows out
