12 months post FUE, is this the final result? (photos)

Hallo ich had a hairtransplant 12 months Ago. 4100 grafts were transplanted by fue Methode. Is the final Result how it should look like?? I am not sure please help me out....is this a good Result??? I am not so happy with the density up front.

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  If you're not happy express your concern to your doctor.

I think it seems to be low density and un successfull result for the 12 month post op.. you may need a revision surgery to get more density .I dont think you have a 4100 graft FUE HT. The most outstanding reason for poor growth and ineffectual  hair restoration results is insufficient number of viable graft placement as a result of intra operative  damage of follicular units ( during insertion or high transection rates during harvesting, long time of grafts out of body, dehydratation, poor FU storage conditions like high room temperature and storage fluids etc.).Hair grafting/ transplant can be an option or forehead reduction and correcting  asymmetry on your frontal hair line/forelock.I advice you have a FUE; you would get the desired hairline in just one sesssion of dense packing hair transplant.During the placement of follicular units there will be a mixture of single, double and a few triple grafts, which help to create the soft look of a natural hairline. For the first few lines always go for single grafts, later doubles Triples and others.So that a smooth transition will be there giving undetectable hair transplants.

At 12 months you are at about 90% growth, with the full result being realized at 18 months. If you are unhappy, you should consider scheduling a follow up appointment with your doctor.

Each patient starts off with their own particular issues, hair density,available donor hair etc. The results are typically seen at 12 months post op but it is difficult to judge without an examination and knowledge of pre surgery conditions. If you are not happy with the density up front you should go back and consult your surgeon, ask him if there are options to address this area.
