12 months post FUE, is this the final result? (photos)

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  If you're not happy express your concern to your doctor.

 I think it seems to be low density and un successfull result for the 12 month post op.. you may need a revision surgery to get more density .I dont think you have a 4100 graft FUE HT. The most outstanding reason for poor growth and ineffectual  hair restoration results is insufficient number of viable graft placement as a result of intra operative  damage of follicular units ( during insertion or high transection rates during harvesting, long time of grafts out of body, dehydratation, poor FU storage conditions like high room temperature and storage fluids etc.).Hair grafting/ transplant can be an option or forehead reduction and correcting  asymmetry on your frontal hair line/forelock.I advice you have a FUE; you would get the desired hairline in just one sesssion of dense packing hair transplant.During the placement of follicular units there will be a mixture of single, double and a few triple grafts, which help to create the soft look of a natural hairline. For the first few lines always go for single grafts, later doubles Triples and others.So that a smooth transition will be there giving undetectable hair transplants.

At 12 months you are at about 90% growth, with the full result being realized at 18 months. If you are unhappy, you should consider scheduling a follow up appointment with your doctor.
