Nose really wide after rhinoplasty (1 year post-op) - do I need a revision? (photos)

I am now 1 year and 2 months post op. I noticed right after surgery, that my nose looks really wide.Of course I thought this was swelling and I tried to be patient.I take pictures of progress weekly but I can tell, that some major part of the swelling is gone. But still, it looks like a “boxer” nose, and it’s getting worse when I smile. I’ve never seen a nose like this. Do I need a revision?I don’t think time can change the wide of my nose. It seems like he forgot to bring the bones together.

From your photos, I note broadness of the nasal base and bridge. 
Healing after rhinoplasty takes a long time due to operative trauma, as the skin and muscle are dissected free from bone and cartilage, the bones are fractured, and the cartilages are trimmed and rearranged. 
In our practice, we rarely revise a rhinoplasty within 18 months of the procedure to allow for residual swelling and the hypervascularity of healing to subside.   
Is this malposition or swelling? 
If early postoperative swelling was excessive, drifting of the healing nasal bones may have occurred. If there is no further improvement within another 4 months or so, revisit your plastic surgeon. 15% of cosmetic surgeries are improved with secondary revision.
