I had a revision bullhorn lip lift in February because of bad scarring (I tried everything before - laser treatment, ointments) The scar looks a bit better now but It deformed the appearance of my nostrils - they look very large and weird now. I feel horrible. Very horrible and vulnerable. I never loved my nose but I didn’t hated it - it looked pretty normal. now it’s the worst part of my face. I want to get a Rhinoplasty with alar base reduction, but I’m scared that the incision lines of the alar base reduction make the scar worse.
