I had a transconjuctival blepharoplasty 7 month ago .my surgeon has remove a little fat and repose the rest the bags were big) I have a black line a groove specially dlrectly under my right eye . My occuloplastlc surgeon says it’s your orblcularls oculi muscle . At the rlght side is it bigger . This is not botched . I am hollow there or is it the muscle or is it the much fat under them ? If it’s realy hollow at the upper part can the surgeon repose some fat to the upper part is this possible ?

You have a condition called strabismus where the eyes don’t align properly. You need to see an eye doctor (ophthalmologist) to help you. Often people with strabismus have double vision. Surgery can be performed by a strabismus surgeon to help align the eyes if needed.
