Rhinoplasty effect on upper lip? (Photo)

Creative180347
I would really appreciate if anyone could explain to me, how open septo-rhinoplasty affects upper lip movement in smile? If before rhinoplasty upper lip flattens while smiling (becomes fuller from the front view and more deprojected from the side view) will the deprojection of the nose make it different? In case that surgeon removes caudal excess and nasal spine in overprojected nose. Thank you
