People please help me. I am terribly dissatisfied with my eyes, especially my left eye, which is really different from the right one and fell out, but I don't like the right one either. In the pictures, that's my right eye on your left. I want to completely change the shape of my eyes and achieve a cat shape and insert fat into the upper lid and not have the eyes so deeply planted. Facial aesthetics are primarily determined by bone structure.
It is the facial skeletal structure that determines what each unique persons facial appearance looks like.
To truly change facial dynamics, requires assessing and potentially treating the face from a skeletal perspective.
To get an assessment for this type of work consult with cranial facial surgeons, who have extensive experience with both assessments and treatments for cranial facial surgery.
This type of work is done by both oral surgeons and plastic surgeons often with special fellowship training.
The work is very involved.
There is no soft simple solution.
I suggest patients resist the temptation of making their own assessments and their own treatment plans.
