What options do I have? I really don't want a lip lift, I don't want my lips to change, I don't want a obvious scar either, I'm currently going through invisalign dental treatment to straighten my teeth and to bring them more forward, I also had a previous rhinoplasty 5 years ago, I just want a big smile without it being forced, I really don't know what to do

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You would benefit from a lip lift. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
