Would I benefit from a brow lift or lateral brow lift?

Don't buy something you don't need just because it is on sale. Neither a browlift or a temple lift is right for you. You will regret those choices. What you need is an honest, detailed, in person consultation. Yes we are still doing those types of consultation (with precautions). Your photos demonstrate upper eyelid ptosis as the basis for your eyebrow asymmetry. Fixing the ptosis will address your eyebrow asymmetry. If you have a forehead lift, it will do nothing to fix the upper eyelids. Don't get the wrong surgery.

I would try botox and/or fillers under the brows. While a lateral temporal lift will probably help (the tail of the brow is slightly lower than the head of the brow, the surgery benefits of this are probably not worth the risk.

Your brows are in good position and a brow lift will leave you looking surprised. A little botox to slightly elevate would be all that I would recommend. Depending on volume, which would need to be assessed in an examination, you might be a good candidate for some filler to help project the brow a bit more.
But your brows are too good to go under the knife just yet.

From the photo, it really doesn't appear that you need much. A couple of microdroplets of Botox properly placed and possibly a small amount of filler appear to be all that would be necessary to address your concerns. Just be sure that you consult with an experienced, board certified aesthetic physician. Best of luck.

Only you see this and it is minimal—No surgery for you!!! You can try botox but definitely not a lateral Browlift which will make you look worse.
