So I've been going to the GYM and lost almost ten pounds in the last month. I'm now 185 LBS. I'm 31 and 5'8. I hate my body. I was 160 before the pandemic. My "man boobs" are annoying, and my stomach is big. Key problem is stomach. Why does it seem like most offices do smart lipo and not bodytite? Will I get results? Am I a good candidate? I want to speed up the process of my weight loss. Which procedure is best for me?

Answer: BodyTite Dear Baileyoodle, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Body tight or smart Lipo I understand you feel ready to spend some serious dollars to help you bring your body back into shape, but unfortunately neither procedure is going to create any improvement in your case. Your problem is as you mentioned weight gain of 20 pounds or so resulting in a creation of a large amount of visceral, gut fat. The only way to get rid of this fat is through dietary changes and addition of exercise. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
