Thanks for your question and the procedure is using PRP alone, or in combination with an HA filler to use for lip injections. While we know that PRP can in many cases improve the skin and enhance procedures, the verdict on using it with lip injections still is out there and there are no comparative clinical trials saying that using PRP with fillers in the lip are better than fillers alone. It may be a great addition for some, and others may find no true benefit.  Seek the proper advice of your injector and learn all the details you can --- but there is no downside that I am aware of if you want to give it a try.
