Eyebrow, eyelid and browbone asymmetry. Options?

Very difficult to tell from these photos the cause of the asymmetry which could be from bony orbit, eyelid, or eyeballs. See an oculoplastics specialist for evaluation.

The best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination and a detailed discussion of your surgical options. Based on the photo, you may benefit from a brow lift with brow shaping.

Asymmetry is normal and because you stare at you brows, you notice it more that anyone else.  From your pictures, you may get the best symmetry by just having your heavy brows shaped to give a more symmetric look.  Botox or browlift will not likely give you the symmetry you seek.

This is a fairly straightforward procedure that can be done in the office.I recommend you see a facial plastic surgeon or other surgeon who specializes in the face to discuss your options and decide on which option is best for you.Best of luck!

Everyone has some facial asymmetry. You are not alone. Botox can be used to correct brow positions quite nicely. Your other option is brow grooming or shaping. Typically an Aesthetian does this type of procedure. Best of luck!
