It’s been over 1.5 years since my breast augmentation, and I am concerned I have a case of symmastia. The breasts were close together since the start due to my inward chest. The implant size is 375cc. Also, what are the risks of me developing symmastia (if I don’t have it already) as my breasts grow naturally. I am pregnant now and concerned that my breasts will become even closer as milk comes in.

You may have developed a capsule that is most noticeable when you are using your muscle and lifting weights. Or, the implant may have torn through the capsule is and is pushing more on the muscle. I would suggest letting a plastic surgeon check you.
