Over 18 months since breast augmentation, should I be concerned about symmastia? 375 CC implants, currently pregnant (photos)

It’s been over 1.5 years since my breast augmentation, and I am concerned I have a case of symmastia. The breasts were close together since the start due to my inward chest. The implant size is 375cc. Also, what are the risks of me developing symmastia (if I don’t have it already) as my breasts grow naturally. I am pregnant now and concerned that my breasts will become even closer as milk comes in.
