3 weeks post op Tummy Tuck don't feel anything? Is it normal?

I'm 20 days post Tummy Tuck with muscle tightening and since I had my last Lymfedranaige massage (today) I don't feel my muscles that tight and sensitive anymore.I don't feel them that tight to stand up or anything else at all.I started walking straight today.I semi stretched by accident sometimes after waking up, I walk around, I do small things at home,little singing and I really don't feel my muscles anymore.I also started sleeping on my side after 10 days.Is it normal? Did I messed something up?

The wound shows characteristics of infection. This should be managed immediately before it worsens. Your surgeon should be informed about this as he has his own protocols in post-op management. Have an appointment as soon as possible for treatment.
