How can I remove salicylic acid stain off my skin?

I used a 25% salicylic acid and 10% lactic acid cream to remove a wart off my finger..but during the process I infected the surrounding normal skin and now I have a white stain (it looks like the cream got dry over my finger) What can I do?is it dangerouns? Thank you

To get the best results for acne scarring, your treatments should be complete by a professional.  At home chemical peels and rollers can be dangerous and cause permanent damage.  Acne scars can be treated using a combination of chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments.I hope this helps.
