Nose tip and nostrils are weird after rhinoplasty. Is this normal? (Photo)

Dear dr. I had a rhinoplasty two days ago and when i looked at my nose mu nose tips and nostrils are scary for me. Is that notmal because the cast is still on and its pressing on it ir no this is my final shape for my nose?
