Now that it has been several years you can definitely consult a board certified dermatologist for injections into the lip to make them even again.  This will not remove the scar but will make your lips look even.  Best, Dr. Green

Each syringe comes packaged in a single patient use syringe.  If you need a new syringe for a "touch-up", your physician will have to  open a new syringe and you will need to pay for that syringe to use.  Best, Dr. Green

The skin above your upper lips are hyperpigmented and irritated.  I would suggest you use a hydrocortisone cream for a very short time to reduce the irritation and then a bleaching cream with Retin-A to remove the pigmentation.  Chemical peels in this area are very effective. Best, Dr. Green
