It's a little difficult to assess your nose from the base view only. That being said, your tip doesn't appear to be overtly bulbous from this view. The overall base may be a little wide, but this is also difficult to determine with the limited views presented.Consult with a local rhinoplasty surgeon for their analysis and advise.
Thank you for your question and photo. Though your case is difficult to assess from the photo you provided, rhinoplasty can redefine a bulbous tip to create an appearance that is balanced with the rest of your facial features. In some cases, a tip rhinoplasty may be selected if the nasal tip is the only area of concern. It’s important to note that rhinoplasty is one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring experience, skill, and even artistry to achieve an optimal outcome. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to assess your concern and determine the procedure that may be right for you.
Hello! Thank you for your question.Unfortunately I cannot evaluate your case from the photo you provided. If you can provide more photos of your face (from front and side) I would be able to evaluate properly.Have a nice day!
Thank you for your question and photograph.Assessment of the nasal tip from below is incomplete because it fails to describe the curvature of the tip in its upper half and the relationship with the bridge. Roundness of the nasal tip can be related to the shape of the cartilages, the thickness of the skin or a combination of the two.Treatment is based on changing the characteristics of the nasal cartilages from more curved to straighter and with sharper change of direction at the tip defining points, in combination with reduction of soft tissue thickness and increased support for the nasal tip. This can be either a deep last intervention or, depending on the characteristics of the profile, rhinoplasty that includes refinement of the nasal tip.
You appear to have a symmetrical nasal base appearance. Please consider re-asking your question with frontal, oblique,, and profile photos, along with a description of what you would like to achieve. Hope this helps! Doctor Joseph
